There are fraud-mitigation efforts currently in place preventing some rewards from being distributed. In some instances, manual interventions are taking place to approve KYC to ensure legitimacy before rewards are being distributed. Those who have applied with legitimate KYC documentation will have their referral rewards applied retroactively if you've not yet received them. Any bad actors manipulating the system through fraudulent activity are wasting their time and are at risk of not receiving any rewards. Update: As an update to the above, many of the rewards have been disbursed and will continue to be disbursed over the coming days. If yours have not been disbursed yet, please wait patiently. There is a team of people scrutinizing the referrals, particularly from those who used referral codes that were widely utilized. This does not mean that you won't receive a referral reward but know that it will take longer to process than it may for some others. These are being reviewed but the number of people reviewing these disbursements is a small team of individuals and it will take some time. With respect to some regions being blocked and prevented from engaging with the app, there are some regions currently not being supported. This is due to a large amount of suspicious activity being detected and originating from these regions. This does not mean that individuals residing in these regions won't be permitted to continue in the future. The measure is expected to be temporary and users already registered in those regions are expected to still receive their rewards.
