🤔 #ETH Vitalik Buterin warned at the Devconnect conference that cryptography could be cracked by quantum computing before the US presidential election in 2028, calling for Ethereum to move to quantum-resistant cryptography within 4 years.
He also stated that future innovations should be moved to the L2 layer, wallets and privacy tools rather than the core protocol layer.
